  • How often should my unit be serviced?

    Under normal circumstances, your residential unit should be serviced every six months to one year.


    Commercial units, however, should be serviced on a monthly basis.

  • What should your humidistat and thermostat be set at?

    When you're away, your humidistat should be set for 60% humidity, while thermostats should be set on COOL, AUTO, and for 78 degrees.


    When at home, your humidistat should be set to ON, and your thermostat should be set at your desired temperature.

  • How often do I need to change my filter?

    Even though your filter may technically be a three-month filter, anyone familiar with South Florida weather knows that our A/C units never stop running. Therefore, you should be changing your filter every month.


    During the winter, simply replace your filter as needed or at least every other month.
